LA KUKULA LODGE
Located in the middle of the forest, in a hectare of dense and tropical garden, 10 minutes from the beach, Kukula Lodge is a magical and stylish place, very well designed by its young Catalan owner, Pepo and Sonia. The 8 rooms are located in three pretty wooden cottages whose architecture is in harmony with the landscape, both modern and tropical. The rooms have been built in plantation teak, so as to be well ventilated: here, no need for air conditioning, so harmful to nature... The showers overlook the garden and the water flows like a small stream, it feels like being in the forest. The Downstairs Casa Kukula is ideal for a family of 6 people, with two bedrooms connected with a shared bathroom; we love the shower tap in the tree, and the sumptuous terrace that invites you to observe the birdlife! The Upstairs Suite Casa Kukula is ideal for 4 people with its room with 2 queen size beds. Its equipped kitchen and living room overlook the forest. It is also ideal for couples on their honeymoon, as well as for groups of friends, as they can have a villa with a kitchen, terrace and swimming pool for them alone in a luxurious environment. You will easily see monkeys, the saltarin bird, three-fingered lazy people and even red-eyed frogs. In the morning, you will enjoy a different breakfast every day. The choice: fruit, gallo pinto, fresh fruit juices, bread and homemade jams... that you would like to take home! An excellent ecotourism address where you feel at home. Another family bungalow with a swimming pool for 2 to 5 people, includes an original shower, open to the outside (with mosquito net). Wood is always in the spotlight and natural ventilation is done through the ceilings. An amazing option!
