Luxury, luxury and luxury in this beautiful park of 12.5 hectares at the foot of the volcano. From the bungalows, you can see the "monster". Very spacious rooms with bay windows, Jacuzzi, silky sheets and soft pillows. Spa, bars, fitness room, gourmet restaurant, swimming pools, and the best for the end: thermal baths of any beauty! 8 pools whose temperature varies with altitude, from 36 to 42°C. Book two nights in advance, because one night will only frustrate you!

We loved this hotel and the location. It was quiet with a beautiful backdrop of Arenal. The staff was amazing with great service and attention to detail. It was clean and the food and drinks were fantastic. We would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was wonderful! From our room, we could see the entire Arenal volcano and a huge forest. It was lovely. Apart from that, it is very well taken care of. The rooms and grounds are very clean. The restaurants are also first rate. I particularly liked the a la cart restaurant! Absolutely delicious! The people are all kind and really go out of their way to make your stay a wonderful one! I highly highly recommend this hotel!

I have been here 3 times now. Every time has been a delight. Rooms are spacious and have a jacuzzi in them! Views of the volcano are unobstructed (save the fog and clouds jaja!). I recommend getting breakfast and dinner included. Breakfast is great and has a little of everything. The staff are friendly and very attentive. Hot springs on site and those at Titokú, are awesome! Titokú is much hotter, so be sure to make the trek there. You can also use their towels and charge drinks to your room! Highly recommended. Whilst not cheap, it is a solid value, especially in the off season.

Right at the base of the volcano is the perfect hotel! It is nestled in the beautiful vegetation of Costa Rica. The suites all have a jacuzzi in the rooms. Rooms are beautifully laid out. Take a flashlight if walking at night. The pool is beautiful. Amazing spa onsite. The is a small fitness center.
