The best of the private reserves of Arenal. The view on the volcano is interesting, we are really close! 2 paths are possible: the shortest one (the forest path marked in red) lasts about 1h30 and goes through the stigmata of the 1968 eruptions. There is also a viewpoint, a cafeteria and a small garden of medicinal plants. The longest one (marked in yellow) is 5 km long and takes between 2 and 2.5 hours to complete. We cross a pretty forest until a natural lake where we can admire caimans. A magic place.
