Marcos Zacariades decided to abandon his urban life and devote himself to artistic creation in the late 1990 s. Seduced by Igatu, there is a nice gallery which, as its name suggests, proposes both a journey in the memory of Igatu (exhibits of parts of the garimpo era: tools, accessories, clothing…) and an incursion into the artist's intimate universe (sculptures and installations of contemporary art). After the visit, you will be able to stay in the pleasant garden of the house to chat with the artist (full of ideas and projects for the village) and enjoy a cappuccino whose reputation has exceeded the borders of the Chapada.
