Wanchako is a Peruvian restaurant run by the Bert family since 1994. The decor, like the cuisine, is simple and tasteful. The cuisine of the house is a national reference and surprises with its delicate, refined flavors. Try the fish, lobster or seafood ceviches offered à la carte. Fresh fish and seafood from the sea dominate the menu, but you'll also find meat dishes such as sautéed lomo and Peruvian duck. A must-visit address in Maceió.
