Initially, a market for goats (bode, in Portuguese, the term bodódromo would mean something like "chèvrodrome," we didn't find better) in which the restaurants that serve the meat of the sweet bovidé in all the sauces are proliferating. sarapatel (kind of abats stew), goat sausage, grilled goat… and even pizza!
