Central beach, the liveliest in the town of Búzios, with a harbor, harbormaster's office and gas station for boats
Armação beach is undoubtedly the heart of Buzios and one of the city's main tourist attractions. Here you'll find statues immortalizing the work of the fishermen, former President Kubitschek and, of course, Brigitte Bardot. This is the beach at the heart of the town, where you'll find the harbour, the harbour master's office and the boat refuelling station. Unfortunately, it is not suitable for swimming. The legendary Buzios street "rua das pedras" originated here. This is the street that gives Búzios its official name, from its real name "Armação dos Búzios".
