Once peaceful due to their relative remoteness, the last beautiful beaches on the north coast are now crowded, reminiscent of the most touristy corners of the Côte d'Azur or Costa Brava. It's not easy to see the sand in the midst of so many people! They are lined with luxury hotels for the Argentinian and Chilean clientele in particular, who are very present in Buzios. Many unpretentious restaurants and paillotes.
