Finding a good French boulangerie-pâtisserie is always appreciated, even if our Brazilian friends are increasingly brilliant in the difficult art of baking. Boulangerie Rabe is a name now circulating in the French community and beyond. A little outside the bustling center of Buzios, if not a little hard to find, this bakery offers excellent baguettes, much appreciated by the locals. The pastries are very good, less sweet and creamy than those "made in Brasil". So, as you can see, it's worth a try!
