Uacari Lodge (named after the uacari monkey, recognizable by its red head) is located in the heart of the Mamirauá ecological reserve. The structure, entirely floating, has 10 spacious and comfortable suites (mosquito nets, hot water and private veranda), a natural swimming pool, and comfortable common areas. In order to limit the environmental impact, the lodge proposes to accommodate only 24 people simultaneously. It uses solar energy, and has a rainwater collection system, coupled with a process of filtering organic waste.
