In a quiet street, a family hotel with charm, clean and very safe. The atmosphere is quiet and warm welcome. The owners, Francesca and René Sanchinelli, set out, in this colonial residence built in 1873, a beautiful collection of objects précolombiens, more than 300 in total, a real museum! René is a specialist in Mayan iconography. The guest rooms (private bathrooms) are beautifully decorated in local colours and have orthopaedic mattresses. A several invasion of plants takes place at the place of the place. The restaurant offers local and international cuisine, with vegetarian options or special arrangements. Guided tours of the historic centre are offered. The Posada Belén is an excellent starting point for a peaceful stay in Guatemala in a character setting.
