The originalités include: Café Capuchino, Chile Cobanero, Early Grey, Fleur de Sel, Ron Zacapa Centenario, Amarula Cream, Mazapan, Yuzu, Gianduja, Pecanas… Carlos composes his chocolates in the basement workshop.
