Having fallen into the coffee business as a child, thanks to his grandfather, the adorable Byron took over this Panajachel landmark on December1, 2020. He has kept the direction instilled by the former owner, an American answering to the name of Mike: to offer a meeting point - even a form of refuge - to locals as well as visitors from all over the world. In addition to the delicious drinks, there are homemade tiramisus, cookies and cakes of the day. Don't miss the explanation of how the seeds are roasted in the back room. A favorite!
