The young graduates of the CECAP community training center create delicious and refined cuisine at very competitive prices. In addition to Western classics, they also revisit Guatemalan specialties such as pepián, pulique and kaq'ik. All served on a beautiful terrace overlooking the lake. The luckiest ones will be able to dine in the establishment the only night it is open: on Friday, only during the high season, from December to April. An excellent address, not to be missed!
