The owners of the Unicornio Azul rural cottage opened a few years ago, towards the splendid Diéguez Olaverri, entrance door of the Cuchumatanes, a small café-restaurant of charm: The Cafe del Cielo. In a breathtaking setting, you can enjoy home cakes with an excellent selection of Huehuetenango coffee or sparkling chocolates. There are also breakfasts and a few dishes, including the famous Cuchumatanes lamb. A very recommended step.
