Part of the municipality of Todos Santos Cuchumatán, the hamlet of Chiabal - which means "the base of the stone" in Mam - is located in a mountainous landscape of great beauty, among leafy trees, llamas and alpacas. Community tourism is slowly developing here, with exciting tours organized by local guides.
