MERCADO TERMINAL NUEVA

Located, as its name suggests, next to the terminal, this market contains everything from fruits and vegetables to plastic toys, fabrics and agricultural equipment. Its aisles are poorly designed and it is sometimes difficult to move around. In fact, there is no point in stopping there, except to do some last second shopping before leaving the city. Since we are a thousand miles away from the charming - and touristy - markets of the Highlands, passing through can also be an opportunity to catch a glimpse of the daily realities of the country.
