Just 15 minutes from the village, it's well worth the detour, if only for a drink at the restaurant bar. Beautiful views over the valley. An excellent address, given the hotel's magnificent surroundings. Here, the focus is on ecotourism, and the use of electricity is kept to a minimum. Dishes are prepared using products from the farm, and the menu is unique. The recipes, however, are close to Honduran cuisine and are presented with a certain sophisticated simplicity. A pleasant stay in the heart of nature.
