The information center can tell you all you need to know about Copán and the surrounding area, and the website is very well designed. If you're staying in Copán for several days, it may be worth buying the Copán Card. It gives you free access to the thermal waters, the bird park and a tour of a coffee plantation, as well as numerous discounts at affiliated establishments. However, it does not include entry to the archaeological park.
