At noon, on the background of classical music or piano, the client is offered a wide variety of typical dishes, including the Llapingacho Llapingacho (sort of omelet with potatoes, ham, plantain bananas and avocado) or the locro of dads con queso y aguagate (creamy soup of potatoes with pieces of cheese and avocado)); all accompanied by a glass of maiz chicha (typical drink). In the evening, however, we have the chance to be able to listen to live music.
