This trendy restaurant stands on the slopes of the Pichincha volcano. The modern minimalist decor emphasizes the large bay window that offers a spectacular view of the old town and the avenue of volcanoes. On the plate, we find an excellent fusion cuisine based on fresh local products cooked in an original and refined way, with Mediterranean influences in particular. The wine list is up to the standard of this trendy place. A little far from the centre, it is advisable to go there, and especially to come back by taxi.
