A large modern shopping centre, located in the north of the city. On three floors there are fashionable clothes shops (local and international brands such as Splash, Mango, Stradivarius, Adolfo Domínguez, etc.), a Supermaxi, a pharmacy, bookshops, jewellery shops, cosmetics and perfume shops, and others dedicated to decoration and tableware. There are also cafés, restaurants and other fast food outlets (Los Cebiches de la Rumiñahui, KFC, Segundo Muelle, Crepes & Waffles).
