PUNTO CERO

Here's a very small place, little known to the public, but where the Equator actually crosses, unlike the other more famous places around here. Patricio, the owner and founder, is a true enthusiast, and he'll prove to you on a very precise GPS that you're right on the equatorial line. No misleading demonstrations as elsewhere, but a much more honest explanation and references to Andean cosmography. The only drawback is that you have to book in advance, as Patricio is not yet living off the proceeds from his museum and has to work on the side.
