An organic café-restaurant that cooks its own fresh fruit and vegetables. The dishes on offer mix Ecuadorian and American culinary influences (pancakes, among others). Vegetarian recipes are offered, but there are also meat and shrimp dishes... Among the desserts, truffles, brownies or cookies, to be accompanied by a coffee roasted on the spot or a home-made beer, or even a delicious brownie with home-made ice cream and chocolate.
