A little set back from the centre but only 5 minutes walk away, this is one of the best value for money in Mindo. It is the ideal starting point for birdwatchers. This large house has about ten rooms (with or without private bathroom) and a very spacious dormitory upstairs that can accommodate a large group. Note however that the wi-fi does not always work, and that the insulation of the rooms is not really appropriate for those who want to sleep in...
