Here, worries are left on the mat and you leave with an empty head. This spa, aptly named a refuge, invites you to let go and take care of yourself. We recommend the mud bath, because here, you dry off while dancing the salsa. Several options are available: pool, bath, multiple treatments. The premises are clean and well-kept, and the staff are particularly welcoming. The site is well planted with trees, and you can even go for a pleasant walk, called Podothérapie. All in good fun!
