In a beautiful old house, hidden in a flowery garden, this elegant restaurant offers traditional cuisine. You can eat outside or in the warm room where a fire is crackling. It is also a historical place that once hosted the libertador Simon Bolívar. On July 5, 1822, after having undertaken the ascent of Chimborazo, the illustrious general finished his famous poem " Delirium on Chimborazo ", which he started at the hacienda la Andaluza. Un très bon restaurant de cuisine équatorienne, fréquenté par des touristes et des locaux. Cadre très agréable avec une grande cheminée et de nombreux tableaux au mur représentant la vie locale.
