This restaurant, which has become a favorite stop for tourists, has an elegance that is somewhat incongruous in this region. Ecuadorians also like to come here for lunch with their families on weekends and often occupy large tables. The local specialty is trout, which is served in a variety of sauces, including a la plancha, garlic and lemon. You can also be satisfied with a good salad prepared with love with organic vegetables for the most part. The welcome is very nice, but you sometimes have to wait to get a table. To be tested!
