If you want to leave the forest, live an adventure in the heart of the Oriente, contact José Luis, a native guide of the region living in Tena. It will offer tours from 2 to 5 days (with nights at the Sinchi Sacha Lodge). During the day: walking, meetings with quichuas families, demonstration of chocolate making, visit of the traditional museum, rafting, observation of birds, tour in canoe on the James Napo… Count $ 50 per day per person (inclusive, but with room and shared bathroom; $ 75 for a room with private bathroom).
