This community tourism project managed by the Amukishmi women's association (Quichua women of Shiripuno) allows to combine discovery and good deed. Visitors are welcomed in the cabañas of Shiripuno, 3 km from Misahualli. Access is by river (3 hours by dugout canoe) or by road, crossing the bridge over the Napo River. Lodging in ecological huts, traditional meals, walks in the plantations, fishing, basketry, pottery, handicrafts, chocolate making and tasting, night walks... with friendly native guides.
