The Guayaquileños are known to be crab eaters, this asymmetrical red crab (a huge pince, the other atrophied) that is abundant people in the Ecuadorian coast. Here, we enjoy it in all its forms: in salad, in sauce, stuffed, in entry, in piqueos… The dishes are rich, so you can choose from the assortment. Very good ceviches too.
