This commemorates the donors who financed the Malecón 2000 project by allocating 25% of their taxes to the project. There are 32 large glass plaques erected to honour the individuals and legal entities who contributed financially to the construction of the Malecón 2000. Countless columns of names are inscribed in white. In total, more than 48,000 donors, the majority of whom are Guayaquil residents. At night, the glass panels, arranged one behind the other, are illuminated and reveal a beautiful monument.
