It's hard to pass up the fresh, tasty ceviche , but don't forget to try the delicious marinated fish on the à la carte menu. An interesting fish&chips dish is the Jalea Marina, with octopus, shrimp, calamari and fish of the day, breaded and served hot on a bed of lettuce, corn and tomatoes, a gourmet's delight. Everything is very fresh and the vegetables are generally locally grown and free of pesticides. Vegetarian dishes are also available.
