The restaurant of this superb luxury hotel serves good modern seafood dishes in a beautiful and relaxing setting. Delicious ceviche and perfectly cooked tuna. You can also taste very good sancochos del mar (typical Ecuadorian dishes based on fish and yucca). Note a grill carved in the lava to give an authentic side to the delicious grills that are prepared there and accompanied by organic vegetables from the hacienda. The service is as good as the setting, perfect. Ideal for a romantic dinner
