A group of islets formed by a half-submerged volcanic cone, 250 m off the north coast of Floreana
The Devil's Crown is a group of islets formed by a semi-submerged volcanic cone, 250 m from the northern coast of Floreana. The centre of the crater has seen the development of a magnificent coral reef which attracts divers from all over the world and boats stop here to take advantage of the excellent visibility conditions for scuba diving. The coral formations and pencil urchins are the main attractions. The snorkeling is sporty because of the swell, but the spectacle is worth the effort.
