To begin with, the entries: captain's tartar and granny smith accompanied by his pistou of cassava leaves at CFAF 15 000 or still vegetable cucumber, green asparagus odawara on tomato grout. History to faire the taste buds… Then coupled with the estuaire bar net, Nyembwé sauce, or Nkumu poulet of the Batéké plateaus. We still travel in Gabon with our favourite dessert, that is, the charlotte choco banana way Ovima. That is what you have to do.
