LA MAISON DE L’ODIKA
Brigitte welcomes his guests on the stands of a house that opens his doors on a refined setting as the kitchen she proposes. A room and two alcoves, a delicious blend of African art in a contemporary setting, set the tone. The Maison de l'Odika is the best restaurant to discover the succulences of handmade Gabonese cuisine: game, and meat à of course, grilled, fish broth. However, the chef's speciality is mainly the combination of subtle flavours, the mixing of classics of French cuisine with more exotic ingredients… On Sundays, the house offers an African buffet and grills. The buffet is rich and varied: 6 or 7 entries, 8 different dishes including game, 5 desserts. Culinary evening on theme: either an international destination or a shared dish, such as the Burgundian fondue or the Feu. The Maison de l'Odika offers a wine list for all budgets. Other speciality of the house: The restaurant has a smoking area and the fish is smoked on site.
