Here is a local reference that has not aged a bit despite the increasing competition! Refined but copious, the cuisine at Le Phare revolves around seafood and meat products, but many suggestions invariably disrupt the established order. Impeccable service provided by a dedicated team. A rich and extensive wine list. Lunches have the air of a business meeting but the view of the sea through the large wooden windows is exquisite; dinners are more family-oriented.

Service
Arrived on reservation. It not registered.
A table is laid with haste, behind a pillar.
The meal could be considered satisfactory if it had been charged its fair price, i.e. half of what we paid (XAF 100,000, without alcohol, only one presumedly Bavarian dessert, one with chocolate, just below what you would expect from such a restaurant also).
Arisen by being hungry.

The " LIGHTHOUSE OF LARGE" and " COMPTOIR" among the most overdone tables of Libreville. A banal menu, trivial service, but the entertaining prices. Unpretentious, little bonus, work, but expensive. An example of archetypic life in Gabon. In short, if your pocket allows you the " LIGHTHOUSE OF LARGE" go " AT LOKUA". You will not regret it.
