An improved maquis with a small air-conditioned and well-kept room where you can taste a real avocado/shrimp (half-avocado with big fleshy shrimps), meat and fish brochettes and other African specialities all cooked on a wood fire in front of our eyes in the adjacent barbecue. The restaurant is often full, due to its success, but the service is relatively fast. From locals to expatriates, including foreign tourists, the clientele is eclectic. A very good value for money not to be missed.

Mississippi is halfway between the scrubland and the small neighbourhood. They are mostly grilled meats. Excellent. but in an attractive little décor, and not atmosphere at all. It is a shame.

I recommend: very traditional, warm welcome, excellent cuisine (kebabs of grouper, grilled fish, prawns). A little room, overcrowded with WE, service that is hard like: it is a shame, but the price of success. I go with pleasure to each trip in Libreville.

You classify it in restaurants french cuisine; no, not! it really is a small typical place; not really maqui, but really typical: excellent prawns skewers with aloko cooked at point. has to try it for a meal unpretentious
