Gabonese specialities: nyemboué, carp broth, cassava leaves, aubergines, salted fish. And Specialities from West Africa: tchepe rice, yassa chicken, all accompanied by banana or rice. Everything to eat on a small terrace on the street. Mrs M'Baye is full at noon where she prepares a choice of varied dishes, offered in the evening if left, because nothing must be lost! It is better to get there at lunchtime.
