It’s an area with many possibilities. La Minoterie is a farm producing ciders and perries to the highest standards, but that’s not all. It was on discovering a building that Laure Sourdin, the owner, decided to let her imagination run wild and give it a new lease of life: store, exhibition space, cellar and, of course, guinguette. Open in summer, this bucolic setting is the perfect place to enjoy a drink, catch up with friends, play a game of pétanque - in short, have a good time!
