Close to all the amenities, this establishment fitted out in an old colonial house presents a very good value for money: simple, comfortable and clean rooms, but a bit old. They overlook a small garden with swimming pool. Perfect to refresh yourself after a day of sightseeing. The friendly staff speak enough French to make themselves understood. The residence, with its family atmosphere, offers a pleasant interlude in the city centre.

September 2015: rather pleasantly surprised. The rooms are clean, well equipped, all works. Staff present, conscientious, friendly. The place has a certain charm. Some downside: a little light soundproofing, does not accept any credit card, sometimes looted buffet breakfast (not to rise too late!).
Finally, at this price, it is an excellent business.
