VANILHA
Located in Pema-Pema, São Tomé, Atelier Vanilha is an educational farm specializing in the cultivation and processing of vanilla. São Tomé and Príncipe, a small country on the Gulf of Guinea, offers ideal conditions for growing Planifolia vanilla, thanks to its equatorial climate, dense vegetation and volcanic relief. The vanilla produced here is distinguished by its size, from 16 to 24 cm, and its aromas of dried fruit, caramel and chocolate. Atelier Vanilha is the first vanilla processing laboratory on the island to use the Bourbon technique, renowned for its quality. Visitors can purchase a variety of vanilla products, including vanilla rum, vanilla extract, vanilla salt, vanilla powder, vanilla sugar and vanilla beans.
