DELICIAS DAS ILHAS

Délicia, the Santomean owner, has been making homemade delicacies since 2009, based on local fruits: jams, infusions, soaps, oils and her famous "Boca do inferno", an extra strong pepper summarized in its name: the mouth of hell. Délicia is also a specialist in dried fruits (you can visit the solar dryers): bananas and other varieties depending on the season. Her herbs come from her plantation in the south of the country. Having worked in various NGOs, Délicia is committed to working with local crafts in her projects.
