Une roça toute simple avec des chambres simples où l'on se sentirait vite à la maison. C'est donc dans un souvenir du passé colonial de l'île que nous nous retrouvons. Carlos, le propriétaire Principais, est très attentionné pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux et nos journées soient bien remplies.
Les hôtes se retrouvent autour d'une grande table pour le dîner pour un repas assez local, tenant toutefois compte des éventuelles régimes particuliers.
