Fontainebleau State Park is located in St Tammany Parish, Louisiana, on the north shore of Lake Pontchartrain. It covers an area of 11.33 km² and was created in 1942. bathrooms are nice, park is really nice. i love how you get in free with america the beautiful pass. great place to visit if yiu havent been. bring sand toys, snacks, and chairs

Enjoyed walking through park. Ruins of a sugar plantation remain and it was fascinating touring the grounds. There was a short trail, a pier, and a splash pad for kids. Listened to a cover band playing while I was here. Recall that they also have cabins available for rental.
