The friendly couple Clyde and Cindy will welcome you in their pretty and large blue house on stilts facing the lake. Ideally located, a few steps from downtown and the lake shore, this B&B is very well kept, each room having its own color. The breakfast, lovingly prepared by Cindy, is an opportunity to chat with visitors while tasting, among other things, fabulous slices of bacon that the hostess has the secret. Please note that a minimum of two nights is required on weekends.

The entire experience was nothing short of exceptional, earning this B&B a well-deserved five-star rating. The beautiful and meticulously maintained property exudes a classic Southern charm that's hard to come by. From the moment we stepped foot inside, we were transported to a bygone era, where every detail spoke of love and care.
Our room was cozy, elegantly decorated, and immaculately clean. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches that made our stay even more special.
The location of De la Bleau B&B is also ideal, as it's conveniently situated near Mandeville's charming downtown area, with easy access to the lakefront and nearby attractions. We were able to explore the town and enjoy the serene beauty of Lake Pontchartrain, all within a short walk from the B&B.
In conclusion, our stay at De la Bleau B&B was nothing short of magical. Cindy and Clyde, along with their exceptional B&B, made our wedding weekend in Mandeville, LA, truly memorable. If you're looking for a unique and enchanting place to stay with warm and welcoming hosts, I wholeheartedly recommend De la Bleau B&B. For breakfast we had reservations at The English Tea Room in Covington….also a must do…another 5 ???? experience! So many other things to do in this little paradise! This wasn’t my first time and it won’t be the last! I love this place.
