Without a doubt the best restaurant in Madisonville, with a superb view of the Tchefuncte River. It offers fine cuisine with an American and Louisiana accent, with a nice contribution from regional producers both on the plate and in the glass. The restaurant is known for its seafood, Wagyu beef anddry-aged meats, and wine pairings are available. Live music every Wednesday night. Note that the owners also have a more casual restaurant at the same address, The Anchor.
