Founded in 1986 in Abita Springs and relocated to Covington in 1994, the brewery is well known across the country. It produces 125,000 barrels of beer and 13,500 barrels of soda per year in its state-of-the-art facility. You can take a guided or self-guided tour of the brewery to learn about its history and its delicious nectars. A tasting room and a terrace are available to dip our lips in a local foam. Some appetizers are offered and food trucks sometimes come on Saturdays.

Agreable
Visite guidée de la micro-brasserie et de ses installations. On peut aussi la faire soi-même en suivant un petit parcours illustré d’explicatioans. L’intérêt de l’endroit se situe beaucoup du côté de la salle de dégustation,on peut y goûter de nombreuses bières de la production locale. Beaucoup de groupe s’y retrouvent pour fêter ou tout simplement déguster et jouer à des jeux de société en bonne compagnie. Seul bémol pour les touristes , on ne peut acheter sur place de bières pour emporter, on nous envoie dans les supermarchés pour s’en procurer.
