Here, since the 1970 s, we've been talking only about po-boy, this typically Louisiana sandwiche, which comes in the form of a stick and in which we put at roughly everything. This was the poor boys'sandwich, which is now an essential part of Louisiana's gastronomy. All around the shop has changed, the street has become boulevard, the surrounding shops have been replaced several times, but Po-boy Factory does not move. At the same time, in good institutions, the timetables are fanciful and no one finds fault!
